How to Find Subscriptions Billed Through Roku

Andre L. McCain

Use both the subscriptions list and purchase history to identify Roku billing. The device you use to watch a service is not sufficient evidence.

Review your account

  1. Sign in to your Roku account.
  2. Open the subscriptions page and inspect active subscriptions.
  3. Open Purchase history and invoices.
  4. Compare the provider and payment details with your receipt.

Roku says its billed subscriptions can appear as Roku, Roku for a provider, or The Roku Channel on a statement.

Check another account if needed

Roku recommends checking multiple devices, accounts, or emails if a charge is not visible. The device email appears under Settings, System, About.

Billing and management can differ

Hulu, Disney+, and Sling TV are specific exceptions in Roku’s management guidance: customers should contact the service directly even when Roku processes payment.

Make a simple record

Our suggested checklist is service name, account email, billing company, renewal date, and management route. Fill it from your account rather than guessing from the app icon.

If the receipt points to direct service billing, contact that provider about the charge.
