Check your subscription information before trying to cancel, change plans, or investigate a payment.
Look in account settings
Disney’s subscription-information guidance says a third-party provider is typically listed in Account settings under Your Plans & Billing. The account may direct you to that partner’s site for billing details.
Compare with your receipt
- Sign in to the Disney+ account connected to the subscription.
- Open account settings and inspect the plan and billing section.
- Record any named partner.
- Compare the plan and account email with the purchase confirmation.
Roku-billed Disney+ is a special case
Roku’s current guidance says Disney+ manages its own subscription even when Roku processes the charge. Disney+ may request the CIB from the Roku invoice to locate the account.
If you cannot establish the biller
Ask official support to identify the management route using your receipt details. Our recommendation is to avoid starting a new subscription while the original payment remains unexplained.
Record the billing provider and management provider separately if they differ.
