How to Find Your Peacock Billing Provider

Laptop and payment card for checking subscription billing

The provider that bills Peacock determines where you can cancel, change payment details or investigate a charge. Watching on a Roku television or an iPhone does not prove that Roku or Apple bills the membership. Start with the payment information inside the Peacock account and confirm it against a receipt.

Peacock’s current cancellation help says the payment method appears under the Subscriptions tab after sign-in. Other Peacock guidance uses Plans & Payment. Use the current account label, then read the payment method or named provider rather than relying on the viewing device.

Find the billing information in Peacock

  1. Sign in to Peacock in a web browser.
  2. Open Account and the subscription or payment section.
  3. Find Payment Method and any third-party provider message.
  4. Note the plan, add-ons and subscription status.
  5. Compare those details with the latest receipt or charge.

If the account displays direct payment information and Peacock’s own management controls, use those controls for the relevant action. If it names a partner or sends you to another provider, follow that provider’s route. Peacock says third-party subscriptions must be canceled through the third party because Peacock cannot cancel them itself.

Use receipts to confirm the account

Search your email for the original subscription receipt and the most recent renewal. Compare the account email, service name, amount and date. A bank statement can show a processor or provider rather than the service’s familiar brand name, so use the subscription record to confirm what the charge represents.

If there are several household accounts, check each relevant account rather than assuming the one open on the television owns the payment. Do not start another membership simply because the first account has no paid plan.

Keep only the details needed for support. Full card numbers, passwords and one-time verification codes are not necessary for a public explanation of the problem.

Distinguish common billing arrangements

Peacock directly: account controls manage the Peacock-billed subscription. Read the confirmation carefully; Cancel All Subscriptions is broader than removing a single add-on.

Apple or Google: confirm the corresponding app-store subscription account and receipt. The store account that purchased the membership can be different from the email used to stream.

Roku: confirm the Roku invoice and membership. Our Peacock through Roku cancellation guide explains the applicable auto-renew controls.

Amazon or another provider: use the partner named by Peacock and its own subscription instructions. Do not assume that a purchase on one Amazon-related product is managed in every Amazon subscription screen.

Included service or product benefit: Peacock says to contact the third party that supplied it. An included benefit may not have a separate Peacock card payment, and changing it can involve the provider’s package rules.

What if Peacock has no Cancel button?

Peacock says the absence of Cancel All Subscriptions can indicate third-party billing. Check Payment Method before treating the missing button as a website failure. A partner-controlled subscription cannot be canceled by clearing browser cookies or deleting the Peacock app.

If the account appears directly billed but controls are unavailable, contact Peacock through its official Help Center. Explain the account status and desired action. If you cannot sign in, the current cancellation help also provides an official chat route; use that page rather than an unverified support number.

What if two providers seem to be charging?

Match each charge with a receipt and account. One may be a base plan, another an add-on, or they may be separate memberships. This guide cannot identify the relationship from two similar amounts alone.

Before canceling, determine which subscription provides the access you want to keep. If changing from one provider to another, Peacock says an existing subscription may need to lapse fully before a new third-party activation can succeed. Ask the providers about that transition rather than buying overlapping access.

For add-ons, see removing only STARZ. Ending an add-on and ending all Peacock subscriptions are distinct choices.

Verify your next action with the actual biller

After cancellation or a plan change, check the biller’s subscription record for the saved status and effective date. An email is useful evidence, but the account record helps confirm exactly which item changed. Our Peacock confirmation-email guide covers missing messages.

If your goal is only to identify the biller, the task is complete when the account’s provider, the matching receipt and the subscription name agree. You do not need to cancel or repurchase anything to establish that connection.

Record the answer before acting

Write down the provider, account email and exact subscription item together. If the base plan and an add-on have different records, preserve both. This small account map helps you choose the correct management screen and avoids canceling a household member’s unrelated membership.

Frequently asked questions

Does the device brand identify the biller? No. Use payment details and receipts.

Can Peacock cancel an Apple- or Roku-billed membership? Peacock’s guidance directs existing third-party cancellations to that provider.

Does deleting my profile stop payment? It does not replace subscription management with the biller.
