How to Remove the Peacock STARZ Add-on Without Canceling Peacock

If you only want to stop STARZ, select the add-on rather than canceling all Peacock subscriptions.

For direct Peacock billing

1. Sign in to Peacock in a web browser.
2. Open Plans & Payment.
3. Select STARZ from the listed plans.
4. Choose Remove Add-on and complete the displayed process.

Peacock says the base plan continues to renew unless you cancel that subscription separately. Removing STARZ should therefore be treated as an add-on change, not a full Peacock cancellation.

For third-party billing

Peacock directs subscribers to their billing partner to manage or cancel plans and add-ons. Confirm that provider in your account before following the direct-billing instructions.

What to verify afterward

• Check that the confirmation identifies STARZ.
• Check that your intended Peacock base plan remains selected.
• Save any confirmation and review the displayed renewal information.

Existing STARZ accounts

Peacock’s STARZ guide says an existing standalone STARZ account cannot be linked to this add-on. Do not assume removing the Peacock add-on also cancels a separately purchased STARZ subscription.
