For direct Hulu billing, use the plan-management controls in your account. You do not need to begin by canceling the subscription.
Change a directly billed plan
- Sign in to your Hulu Account page using a browser.
- Under Your Subscription, select Manage Plan.
- Find the plan you want and switch its selection on.
- Select Review Changes and check the summary before confirming.
Change add-ons separately
Use Manage Add-ons in the same subscription section. Add available options with the plus control, or remove a selected option using its removal control. Review the changes afterward.
Check the billing provider
Payment Information identifies your biller. If another company bills you, available plans and the management route can differ. Follow Hulu’s provider-specific guidance rather than assuming the direct-billing controls apply.
Before submitting
- Write down the current plan and add-ons.
- Read the displayed price and any effective-date message.
- Check that you selected a plan change, rather than cancellation.
- Save the confirmation and review the resulting account details.
