To cancel FloSports correctly, use the company that bills the subscription. If FloSports bills you directly, the current FloRacing FAQ directs you to Account Details → Subscription. If Apple, Google Play, or Roku bills you, cancel in that platform’s subscription settings. Deleting the FloSports app, signing out, or removing a payment card does not prove that renewal was turned off.
Before starting, find the latest receipt or bank charge. It tells you which account and billing provider to use. This guide separates the routes so you do not cancel in the wrong place or accidentally create another account.
Choose the correct cancellation route
| What the receipt or account shows | Where to cancel | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| FloSports or a FloSports sports property | FloSports Account Details → Subscription | Renewal is off and an access-through date is displayed |
| Apple/App Store | Apple Account subscriptions | Expiration message or no Cancel button after completion |
| Google Play | Google Play subscriptions under the purchasing Google Account | FloSports shows canceled and the paid-through date remains |
| Roku | my.roku.com/subscriptions or the Roku device’s Manage subscription menu | Auto-renew is off and the current billing-cycle end is shown |
Cancel a direct FloSports subscription
- Sign in to the FloSports account associated with the charge.
- Open Account Details.
- Open Subscription.
- Choose the available option to cancel or stop renewal.
- Complete every confirmation screen.
- Return to the subscription page and record the status and access-through date.
The current FloRacing signup FAQ says cancellation can be made anytime and that access remains active through the remainder of the last billing cycle. It does not say that cancellation automatically refunds the period already purchased. Treat cancellation and a refund request as separate issues.
If the direct account has no subscription, check another email address before purchasing again. Search your inbox for FloSports receipts and compare their account email with the address used to sign in.
Cancel FloSports billed by Apple
Apple’s current instructions for an iPhone or iPad are: open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple says that if there is no Cancel button or a red expiration message appears, the subscription is already canceled.
On a Mac, open the App Store, select your name, view the account, open Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and cancel it. Apple also provides a web cancellation route through the Apple Account page.
If FloSports is missing, Apple recommends searching email for an Apple receipt and checking which Apple Account made the purchase. A subscription bought under a family member’s account must be managed by that account holder.
Cancel FloSports billed by Google Play
- Sign in to the Google Account used for the purchase.
- Open subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select FloSports.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the confirmation instructions.
Google states that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. It also says access normally continues for the time already paid after cancellation. If FloSports does not appear, switch among Google Accounts rather than assuming that no subscription exists.
Cancel FloSports billed through Roku
Go to my.roku.com/subscriptions, open the active subscription, choose Manage subscription, and select Turn off auto-renew. On a Roku device, highlight the FloSports app in the Apps section, press the Star button, open Manage subscription, and turn off auto-renew if Roku manages that purchase.
Roku says a Roku-billed subscription remains available until the billing cycle ends after auto-renew is turned off. If FloSports is not listed in the Roku account, the subscription may be direct or billed by another provider. Do not rely on the fact that the FloSports app is installed on Roku; installation does not identify the biller.
How to verify cancellation
- Reopen the billing provider’s subscription page.
- Confirm that the status says canceled, expires, or auto-renew off.
- Record the final access date.
- Save the confirmation email or a screenshot that does not expose full payment details.
- Check the next expected renewal date on the calendar.
An email alone can be delayed or filtered. The status in the billing account is the stronger checkpoint. If it still shows an upcoming renewal, cancellation is not yet verified.
If you cannot find the subscription
Check the merchant text on the bank or card statement, then search receipts for FloSports, Apple, Google Play, or Roku. Confirm the email or platform account used at purchase. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes to anyone claiming to be support.
If a charge remains unidentified, contact the billing provider shown on the statement. Give the charge date, amount, merchant text, and the last four digits only when the provider’s secure process requests them.
Cancellation, access, and refunds
Stopping renewal usually prevents the next recurring charge while access continues through the paid period. A refund depends on the biller’s policy and the circumstances; this guide does not promise one. Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel FloSports in the app?
The correct route depends on the biller. Direct billing is managed in FloSports Account Details; Apple, Google Play, or Roku billing is managed in that provider’s subscription settings.
Does deleting FloSports stop the charge?
No. Google explicitly says uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription, and the same practical rule applies here: verify the billing-account status.
Will access end immediately?
The current FloRacing FAQ, Google Play guidance, and Roku guidance say access continues through the paid billing period after cancellation. Your account’s displayed date controls.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Google Play supports pausing only for subscriptions whose developer and plan make that option available. We did not verify a universal FloSports pause option, so do not promise one unless it appears in your account.
